Member Application

Please complete the application to be considered for membership with the Kiwanis Club of Winter Haven. The board will review your application and make a decision at the next board meeting after submission of your application. The board meets on the second Monday of the month at 5:00pm at Citizens Bank and Trust (1120 1st St S, Winter Haven, FL 33880). Attendance of the board meeting is not required. We meet on the first Thursday of the month at 6:30 p.m. and the second Tuesday of the month at Noon. The first Thursday meeting is held at The Brack Shack, and the second Tuesday meeting is held at the Beef O’ Brady in Winter Haven. If you have any questions, please email [email protected].
